1. Find your book or video on oreilly.com by searching for the title or ISBN.
2. Select your product from the search results.
3. Click the View/Submit Errata link located beneath the book's cover image.
4. Check the Confirmed Errata and Unconfirmed Errata tabs to see if the error you found has been reported.
5. If the error has not been reported, click "Submit your own errata for this product" at the top of the page.
6. Log in or enter your name and email address.
7. Enter the details of the error you found, completing all fields, then click submit.

How Reporting Errata Helps
Errata that is submitted on oreilly.com becomes visible on the site immediately, so it may be helpful to other readers or viewers who encounter the same problem. Submitted errata is reviewed by Mouse Read or the author, and confirmed errors are corrected in electronic versions and future printings of a book.
